~RETURNS & REFUNDS~
- The shop has a no returns or exchanges policy, and I am not responsible for the delay or loss of your order. Once your purchase has been sent out for deliver, it is out of my hands.
- There will be a 14-day refund policy for any item purchased. If there is any issue with your order directly caused on my end and you inform me within 14 days of your order being shipped, then I will happily refund your order.
~Shipping Policy~
- Please allow 1-4 business days for the processing and shipping of your order. ~ Orders will be shipped in envelopes/mailers without tracking to minimize the cost of your order.
- If there's an influx of orders recieved on my end, shipments may be delayed, but I will do my best to send out your orders at my earliest convenience. If there is to be a significant delay, we will contact via email or telephone.
- Our business will only be selling to the United States for the time being, no international orders. Apologies if this applies to you.
